Winter Hours at Jay Peak

It is with snowy grins and heaps of loud excited Japanese banter that we announce our hours for this winter season. There is bound to be a few mechanical misfires that hinder operations though we sincerely hope they are few and far between. This year, join us 7 days a week :). Never hesitate to double check by calling 518-605-4474🤓

Sunday-Thursday 11am-5pm

Friday and Saturday 11am-6pm

Opening Day, Yahooo!

You have waited too long, and we’ve missed you way too much to hold off any further. This Friday the 24th we open the tram for the season 11:30-5pm-ish. Beside serving legendary Ramen from a newly rennovated Tram (deeply indebted to our season pass holders) we are raffling off an incredible Miso art piece by Derek Bond, our chief creative director. Each bowl scores a free raffle ticket. Come see whats new, slam high fives, and devour some noodles!20170925_20380320171019_15365520171120_19543120171023_171003

Summer Calendar

Even though it’s snowing outside, Mine and Momo’s brains are happily focused on a hot steamy summer filled with amazing music, facepaint, flailing arms, seltzer, bare dirty dancing feet, and smiles glowing ear to ear. That’s right it’s festival Season!

Heads Up for next week 🙂 Due to my beautiful niece’s Baptism in NY, and taking the opportunity to restock at the largest proper asian market north of NYC, we will not be open this Monday (usually so) and Tuesday (Jan. 30th & 31st). We love you all, and wil see you this weekend, Think Snow!fb_img_1485440664539

We love You, Please Still Love Us

The secret is out and we’re meeting more new friends everyday. Regretfully we weren’t ready to make as many friends as we did last weekend and we got walloped! Which is great, but also means we have two f.ull days of prepping and driving to secure noodles, cha-shu pork belly, and 36 hr marinated eggs so we do our best to never sell out again. We love you, and feel terrible we didn’t have your ramen fix this Monday and Tuesday, BUT, we’ll be rockin and rollin’ Wednesday 11:30 with Oodles and oodles of noodles. We love you, please still love us :). img_0017

We promise you your leftovers will not hold it against you if you sneak in a steamy bowl of Miso this weekend. Especially after you slay some opening season turns at Jay. Viva la Winter, Viva la Noodles, Viva la Fresh POW for Opening Day! Stop in this week to see us cooking and putting on the final touches.
